Jayme Kilburn, Founding Artistic Director, graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2003 with a degree in Dramatic Art and Psycholgy. She moved to Baltimore for an internship in the rigorous Company Management Department at CENTERSTAGE Theater. She began her community theater directing career with Hope's Arbor by Rich Espey which won Baltimore Playwright's Festival's 2006 Second Best Production award. The following year she won BPF's 2007 Best Production award for her direction of Rudy Doo by George Tilson. She was named one of Broadwayworld.com's 2006 Up and Comers, as well as Broadwayworld.com's 2007 Best of Baltimore Community Theater for best direction. She has directed One for the Road by Harold Pinter, The Author's Voice by Richard Greenberg, Real Women Have Curves by Josefina Lopez, and In The Blood by Suzan Lori-Parks. Alec Lawson, Technical Director
Alec Lawson, Technical Director, a recent graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, Alec's main focus is progressive theatre.With the completion of his production of Angels in America, donating all proceeds to AIDS research, he seeks introduce ideas to people who previously assumed things about given situations.
